I have been in the search and recruiting business since 1981.  What else does one do with a Political Science education. I started in the search industry on September 1981 in Houston Texas where I quickly became involved in technology related to the Oil and Gas Business. I have been at it ever since. I am an active member of the SEG. My business is based on a very simple premise: Provide clients with access to working candidates who can add value to their organization while presenting real  options to  candidates that will enhance their professional and personal experience. To do this effectively it is imperative to be knowledgeable and attuned to the needs of these companies and individuals. I take great pride knowing that the tenure of the placements I have made exceeds an average of 8 years and that many have gone on to 15-20 year tenures while rising to C level positions. I am in the business of adding value.  And, I am a VIRGINIA TECH HOKIE!
